When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture via Google OAuth. We do not store your Google password.

When you use the app, we store the job application data you enter (company names, positions, statuses, notes, tags, and reminders).

• To provide and maintain the TrackJobApplications service
• To manage your account and subscription
• To send transactional emails (account, billing)
• To improve our service based on usage patterns

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers (Neon PostgreSQL with SSL). All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google OAuth — for authentication
• Stripe — for payment processing (we never see your full card number)
• Vercel — for hosting
• Neon — for database hosting

5. Your Rights

You can:

• Export your data at any time from Settings
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Request a copy of your stored data

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for authentication sessions. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party advertising.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
