1. Acceptance

By using TrackJobApplications, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The Service

TrackJobApplications is a web application for tracking job applications. We provide tools to organize, monitor, and manage your job search process.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person
• You must be at least 16 years old

4. Free & Paid Plans

• Free: Limited to 10 active job applications
• Pro: Unlimited applications, analytics, priority support
• Lifetime: One-time payment, all Pro features forever

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

5. Your Data

You own your data. We don't claim any rights to the job application information you enter. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

Don't:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Abuse the API or attempt to overload the service
• Reverse engineer or scrape the application

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

TrackJobApplications is provided “as is.” We are not liable for missed job opportunities, lost data beyond reasonable recovery efforts, or any indirect damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
